2. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@strirwor.shop with the subject line "Refund Request," including:

Your order number or purchase confirmation (from Hotmart)

We aim to acknowledge every refund request within 48 hours.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Hotmart, our payment processor, back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear after the refund is issued.

4. After the 7-Day Window

Because this is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, we're unable to offer refunds requested after the 7-day window has closed. We encourage you to reach out within this period if you have any concerns.
